Where should I stay?
We’ve blocked a limited rooms at Hotel Indigo for July 11-13. See our group link here to reserve a room at a discount. Note that there is a two night minimum. Let us know if you have any issues booking.

Otherwise, we recommend staying in the city of Napa (~25 min drive from the venue).

Getting around
For those of you flying in, we recommend renting a car to get to the Napa valley area. We will provide transportation to and from the wedding venue and Hotel Indigo Napa.

Are children allowed?
Absolutely!

Food & Drink

What type of food will be served?
V. Sattui’s in-house chef Chef Stefano Masanti will provide a range of Italian food that we will ensure will work with any dietary restrictions.

What drinks will be served?
We will have an open bar serving V. Sattui wine, assorted beers, seltzers, and non-alcoholic drinks. Due to venue restrictions, hard liquor is strictly prohibited.

Weather & Dress Code

What’s Napa weather like in July?
Expect a dry heat during the day with a high of 83°F/28°C and cool nights with a low of 55°F/13°C. We recommend dressing in breathable fabrics and bring a light jacket or sweater as the night progresses.

Indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, following dancing indoors in the wine barrel room.

What should I wear?
The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail, but what’s most important to us is that you’re comfortable and having fun. Check out our style board for some inspiration.
